Conservation Treatments

We execute preservation and conservation treatments of modern and contemporary paintings and sculptures, including outdoor sculptures and complex installations. Treatments are conducted in accordance with the code of ethics of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC).

Artwork Examination and Condition Reports

We offer in-studio and on-site examination and assessment of artworks. We prepare condition reports for loans, acquisitions, sales, and insurance claims, as well as remote and virtual preliminary assessments based on video and images. We provide reports in English, German, Spanish and Italian.

Collection Care, Surveys and Maintenance

We offer collection maintenance, and consultation and recommendations on storage, environmental monitoring, packing and shipping assessments and recommendations.

Disaster and Emergency Response

We execute on-site emergency treatments, triage, and extractions from disaster sites after fire damage, water damage etc . We conduct Condition assessments and communicate communication with insurances and all involved stakeholders.

Courier for Works in Transit, National and International Travel

We accommodate national, international and virtual courier services, as well as pre and post travel condition reports and installation instructions.

Consultation and Collaboration with Artists

We provide material and technical consultation prior to the creation of artworks and advise assistance with the durability of used materials and techniques.

Technical Studies

We conduct technical studies and research projects in collaboration with conservation scientists and labs for technical and material analysis.

Education, Lectures and Workshops

We offer internships for national and international conservation students and conservation programs. We give lectures and workshops on various conservation topics and constantly exchange our knowledge with other conservators and professionals from related fields.
